If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can return it upon verification of use and defects for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned "UNUSED" within 30 days of purchase.
Leo's Gun Shop's guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by use, improper use or accidents.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- for purchases of new firearms orders can be canceled prior to shipping with no fee. Cancelled online orders after shipping require a 15% restocking fee.
- for purchases of used firearms orders can be canceled prior to shipping with no fee. Cancelled online orders after shipping is prohibited on used fire arms.
- for online orders paid for using credit cards there will be an additional 5% cancellation fee and all orders.
- illinois customer will require a crt-61 cetifcate of resale on file.
- shipping and handling fee are not refundable
- shipping insurance is the respoibility of the purchaser. If insurance is denied by purchaser when shipping to FFL, then purchaser assumes liability.
- all returns will be inspected for use of firearm or damage to product
- all disputes will be handle by Winnebago County illinois arbitration
Returning or Exchanging Items
Returns are permitted only for defective items. Exchanges are only permitted for defective items. Issues with sizing does not fall under our return or exchange policy.
You must have a proof of purchase (purchase order, invoice, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns. Returning a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Leo's Gun Shop is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
If the product is verified to be defective, then the shipping costs which are incurred by the customer will be refunded (upon customer providing documentation for such costs). Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Approved returns will receive authorization number and return instrucitons.
